Pearl’s Reference Pure Series proudly expands the legacy of Pearl’s original Reference Series drums by using the exact same shell composition formula, the same number and type of wood plies, and the same task-specific bearing edges. The resulting Reference shell is then re-designed to be slightly thinner, highly resonant, lower mass version of the original.
